Easy: running-fit able to run for minimum 30min
 

Moderate: running-fit  able to run for minimum 60min
 

Difficult: running able to run for minimum 90min min
 

Fitness Technical Rating for Hiking

Easy: Hiking able to hike up to 3 hrs p/d

 

 Moderate: Hiking able to hike up to 4 hrs p/d
 


 Difficult: Hiking able to hike up to 6 hrs p/d
 

Technical Levels

 Easy: Some altitude change (400M vertical differences)



Moderate: Heavy altitude change (400M+ vertical differences/
some scrambling / mild climbing
 

Difficult: Moderate scrambling and risk factors shoes
